Yes, users may cancel their DEFY Reservation at any time upto 15 weeks before delivery. This will be refunded in full, except the bank/payment processor charges. This can be done from the Pravaig Account. The Pravaig Account also has the option to transfer the DEFY Reservation Queue position to another Pravaig Account.
